Terrain, size and rarity
Every plot is one of five terrains and one of four sizes, with a rarity tier fixed for all 1,000 at generation rather than assigned tranche by tranche.
Owned on the ledger, not by us
An XLS-20 NFToken in your own wallet, transferable and tradable on any XRPL marketplace. Production stops if the plot leaves your wallet — the deed is what pays.
How One Is Built
Three attributes per token, and no numeric stats — which is why this collection's rarity is meaningfully computable where the agents' is not.

Small, Medium, Large, Estate — Estate is the scarcest at 37 of 1,000.
5 tiers
Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary — fixed for all 1,000 at generation.

Counts are over the 993 generated plots (#0008–#1000). The 25-plot tranche on sale landed 1 Legendary, 2 Epic, 4 Rare, 11 Uncommon and 7 Common.
These Can Change
Minted mutable, on purpose
Each token is minted with tfMutable, the XLS-46 dynamic-NFT flag. Its metadata can be updated — to improve artwork, correct a detail, or reflect progress in Moon Base — without burning and re-minting.
What that power will never be used for
This plot's identity — its name, plot number, terrain, size and rarity — will never be downgraded, reassigned, or repointed to unrelated content. That promise is written into every token's own metadata, not just onto this page.
