Land Plots minted from tranche 1 onward carry the XRP Ledger's tfMutable flag (XLS-46), which marketplaces display as “URI modifiable”. That means we can update a plot's metadata after you buy it, so you deserve to know exactly what we will and won't do with that.
We will use it only to improve or correct a plot — better artwork, corrected traits, or reflecting the progress you've made on that plot in game. We will never downgrade a plot's identity, reassign its name, number, terrain, size or rarity, or repoint it at unrelated content.
This promise is not just on this page: it is written into every plot's own on‑chain metadata, under mutability.policy, so it travels with the asset and cannot be quietly edited away here. The 7 original Genesis plots predate this and are permanently immutable.

Each has its own page with traits, rarity and the on-chain details — issuer, taxon, royalty, IPFS CIDs. Verify before you spend anything.
Buy where it suits you
xrp.cafe executes the on-ledger sell offer in your browser with one Xaman signature. Or buy inside the Mini App, where the NFT is also used.
It lands in your wallet
These are XLS-20 NFTokens already minted and listed. Buying transfers one to your own XRPL address — your keys never leave Xaman.
